How much is inefficiency actually costing you?

Just because you don't get invoiced for wasted time, doesn't mean it isn't costing you money.

Step 1

Choose at least 3 repetitive tasks in your business. eg entering data from one system to another, generating quotes, turning a quote into a job & re-entering the data, onboarding a new customer, managing appointments, following up sales prospects.

Step 2

Enter the number of times this task is performed each week and how long it takes each time.

Step 3

Determine who in the business needs to perform these tasks and enter their equivalent hourly rate.
